Damaged OrdersUpdated 2 years ago

  • If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or in an unacceptable condition, Miracle Brand encourages customers to file a claim immediately
  • Please include photo reference of damaged item and packaging received
  • You will be sent a pre-paid return label to return the damaged products
  • Once the order is shipped back please reach out to us with the tracking so we can ship a replacement. 
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders damaged in transit. 

Claims for damaged orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.
