Refund Policy ExplainedUpdated a year ago

All of our products can be returned within 30 days of you receiving them or exchanged within 30 days of the tracking show them as delivered to you. 

If you do decide to return, we’ll pay for the return shipping (free return/exchange shipping within the U.S) and issue a refund to the original payment method or give store credit once received into our warehouse.


Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return-shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

Do I Have to return the products in their original packaging?

We would love that, but if you need to take your bedding out of the packaging and lay it all out to decide, that's ok too. Perfect folding into original packaging isn't a requirement for a return, however, in the interests of reducing waste, please try not to tear the packaging and include with your product return so that we can reuse it.


Can I sleep in my sheets or use the towels and return them?

We would love to accept them if you aren't satisfied.


Do you offer refunds on SALE Items?

We have sales from time to time that are immensely discounted from our regular price to ensure our customers get the best value. Orders bought on a sale other than from our main website www.miraclebrand.co are non-refundable, this also is applicable to orders that have a discount code attached to them. This also applies to items where a discount code has been applied.
